These terms govern your use of ApplyVita. "We" / "us" = GrahAI Systems Pvt Ltd(Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) and its product ApplyVita. "You" = the person using it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

What ApplyVita does

ApplyVita is an AI career agent. It scores and rewrites your resume, tailors it to job descriptions, runs mock interviews, drafts cover letters and cold emails, and tracks your job applications — across the globe.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• Keep your password safe. Use Google sign-in if you'd rather not manage one.
• If you suspect account compromise, email hello@applyvita.com immediately.

What you can do

• Upload your own resume. Use the agent to score, rewrite, tailor, and export it.
• Run mock interviews, draft cover letters, search for jobs, manage applications.
• Download your data anytime as a JSON export.
• Cancel and delete anytime, no questions asked.

What we won't tolerate

• Uploading someone else's resume without their consent.
• Using ApplyVita to generate fraudulent credentials, fake employment history, or otherwise misrepresent yourself.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or trying to extract our prompts or model behavior at scale.
• Abusing the public scorer with automated bots (we IP-rate-limit; persistent abusers get blocked).
• Using ApplyVita to generate or send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk outreach.

Violations can result in account suspension or termination. We'll always tell you why.

Billing

Free tier

Free, forever, no credit card. You can score your resume, see the full ATS breakdown, run rewrites, tailor against a JD, and run a limited number of mock interviews. The only thing gated is downloading the final PDF.

Pro and Elite

Monthly or yearly. Yearly saves 35%. India billing is in ₹ via Razorpay; everywhere else is in $. Taxes added at checkout where required. Every paid plan is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.

If ApplyVita doesn't move your ATS score within 7 days of going paid, email us and we refund you. No CEO-emailing drama, no retention-team detour.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't do the "cancel by phone only" thing — one click in the app, done.

Your content

You own everything you upload and everything the agent generates from your inputs. We hold the minimum license needed to operate the product (i.e. we can read your resume to score it, render it, and store the rewrites). The moment you delete your account, that license ends and your data is removed.

Our content

The ApplyVita brand, codebase, templates, prompts, scoring rubric, and product design are ours. Don't copy them. We're happy to discuss licensing if you want to build something downstream — email us.

AI outputs — what we promise and what we don't

ApplyVita uses AI to generate suggestions, scores, and drafts. We work hard to keep outputs accurate, on-rubric, and grounded in your actual resume. But:

• Never submit AI output unread. Always read what you're about to send to a recruiter.
• We're not responsible for hiring outcomes. We move the needle on most measurable signals (ATS scores, interview rates, response rates), but no platform can promise an offer.
• If you spot a clearly wrong rewrite, the in-app rollback is one click.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the app. Scheduled maintenance is rare and pre-announced. Unscheduled outages happen — when they do we post status on the site and email impacted users for anything longer than a few minutes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Free-tier users: that's zero.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes get emailed to existing users with a summary. Continued use after the update means acceptance — though we'll always flag where the new version differs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
