ApplyVita is a product of GRAH AI SYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. ApplyVita is a 100% digital product — an AI career agent that scores and rewrites your resume, tailors it to job descriptions, runs mock interviews, drafts cover letters, and tracks your applications. Paid access is sold as a one-time plan (not a subscription). Because it's digital, access is granted instantly on payment and nothing is ever shipped to you.

The short version

• 7-day money-back guarantee on every plan. If you're not satisfied, ask within 7 days of payment and we refund you in full.
• No subscription, nothing to cancel. A pass is a one-time payment — nothing is stored to auto-charge you. When your plan ends, you simply return to the Free plan.
• No charges on the Free plan, so there's never anything to refund there.

Our plans

Pricing is in ₹ for India and $ elsewhere; applicable taxes are added at checkout. India payments are processed securely by Razorpay; international payments by PayPal or card.

• Free — ₹0 forever. No credit card, no charge, nothing to refund.
• Starter plan — ₹699 — full access for 30 days.
• Pro plan — ₹1,199 — full access for 90 days.
• Annual plan — ₹2,999 — full access for 365 days.

Every pass unlocks the same complete toolkit — only the duration differs. If you buy another plan while one is still active, the new days are added on top of the time you have left, so renewing early never costs you a day.

Is there anything to cancel?

No. Because a plan is a one-time payment, there is no recurring billing to stop and nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the plan period is over, after which you return to the Free plan automatically. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan yourself. Your data stays with your account unless you delete it.

Refund eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with a plan and request it within 7 days of that payment. No drama, no questions designed to talk you out of it.

To request a refund:

• Email hello@applyvita.com from, or mentioning, the email address on your ApplyVita account.
• Tell us it's a refund request — that's all we need to locate your payment and process it.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method — via Razorpay for payments made in India, or PayPal for international payments. Depending on your bank, card issuer or PayPal, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement after the refund is released.

What's non-refundable

• Payments older than 7 days. Once the 7-day guarantee window for a given pass has passed, that payment is no longer refundable.
• Unused time is not pro-rated. A pass is a fixed-period purchase; we don't refund the remaining days if you stop using it before it expires (within the 7-day window you can still get a full refund).

Free plan

The Free plan costs ₹0 and never collects payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
