ApplyVita is a 100% digital subscription — an AI career agent that scores and rewrites your resume, tailors it to job descriptions, runs mock interviews, drafts cover letters, and tracks your applications. Because it's digital, access is granted instantly on payment and nothing is ever shipped to you.
The short version
- 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, ask within 7 days and we refund you in full.
- Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again.
- No charges on the Free plan, so there's never anything to refund there.

Pricing is in ₹ for India and $ elsewhere; applicable taxes are added at checkout. India payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Free — ₹0 forever. No credit card, no charge, nothing to refund.
- Pro — ₹699 / month, or ₹4,999 / year (effective ₹417/mo). For visitors outside India: $15/mo.
- Elite — ₹1,499 / month, or ₹9,999 / year (effective ₹833/mo). For visitors outside India: $39/mo.
How to cancel
Go to Account → Billing → Cancel. It's one click — no phone call, no retention queue, no waiting. Once you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you've paid for.
- You will not be charged again — auto-renewal is stopped immediately.
- You can resubscribe whenever you like; your data stays with your account unless you delete it.
Refund eligibility
You qualify for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription and request it within 7 days of that first payment. No drama, no questions designed to talk you out of it.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@applyvita.com from, or mentioning, the email address on your ApplyVita account.
- Tell us it's a refund request — that's all we need to locate your payment and process it.
Refund timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement after Razorpay releases it.
What's non-refundable
- Renewals after the first 7 days. Once your guarantee window has passed, renewal charges aren't refundable — but you can cancel anytime to stop all future billing.
- Partial-month usage is not pro-rated once the 7-day guarantee window has ended. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends rather than receiving a partial refund.
Free plan
The Free plan costs ₹0 and never collects payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
