How to cancel a resume subscription

Most resume builders bill on a repeating cycle, and cancelling is rarely the same thing as getting your money back. These guides give you the steps and the actual refund window for each tool — quoted from the company's own help pages, with the date we checked them.

First-party sources only — every claim is linked

Disclosure: ApplyVita is a competing resume tool, and we have no affiliate relationship with any company listed here. That is why every policy statement in these guides is a direct quote linked to the vendor's own page. A tool is only listed once we have read its policy first-party — which is also why some well-known names are missing rather than summarised second-hand.

Why ApplyVita has no cancellation page of its own

ApplyVita is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and no payment method is stored to charge you again — so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends you simply return to the free tier.

To be straight with you about our own limits: ApplyVita's free tier does not include PDF/DOCX download either. Downloads come with a paid plan (Starter buys 7 days of full access plus 3 downloads). The difference we're claiming is not "we're free and they're not" — it's that you pay us once, on purpose, instead of being billed again every few weeks.
