How to cancel Zety — and get a refund
The cancellation steps and the actual refund rules, quoted from Zety's own help pages and linked so you can check every line yourself.
Zety's own contact page says the easiest way to cancel is to call its support team or use chat, and that you can also cancel yourself from the My Plan section of your account dashboard. If the dashboard route isn't working for you, the phone and chat routes are the ones Zety itself recommends first.
On refunds, Zety's terms say you may request one if you cancel before the end of the initial period, and that refunds are otherwise not guaranteed. Zety is run by BOLD LLC, as several other builders are; the steps, phone numbers and statement names below are Zety's own, quoted from zety.com and linked.

How to cancel Zety
- Log in and open the My Plan section of your account dashboard, then follow the cancel steps to the end.
- If the dashboard cancel isn't working, call or chat — Zety's contact page calls that the easiest route. It lists 800-985-7561 for the United States, 0808-196-5805 for the UK, 000-800-082-0006 for India and 800-850-1694 for Saudi Arabia.
- Make sure you receive the confirmation email with a cancellation number. Zety's terms say to contact customer service directly if it doesn't arrive and you still wish to cancel.
- Inside the initial period and want your money back? Ask for a refund as part of the cancellation — it is a request you make, not something cancelling does on its own.
After you cancel: Zety's terms describe a free document-storage service for registered users that continues after you cancel, so your resumes stay in the account and remain viewable and editable. Printing, downloading and sharing need an active subscription.
Can you get a refund?
Zety's terms let you request a refund if you cancel before the end of the initial period, where one is offered. Beyond that, the terms state that refunds are not guaranteed.

The billing detail worth checking
Zety's pricing page lists a Pro Package that starts with a 14-day trial, then auto-renews and is billed every 4 weeks, and an Annual Package paid at once that auto-renews each year. Zety prices in local currency in at least some countries, so the renewal amount you see depends on where you are.
What Zety gives you free
Zety's pricing page lists a free Basic Package with the resume and cover letter builders and a TXT download, and its terms include the free .txt version too. Downloads in multiple formats are listed under the paid Pro Package.

How a Zety charge appears on your statement
Zety says its charges show on a bank or card statement as Zety.com, BLD*Zety.com or PP*ZETY. Match the name before you dispute anything with your bank.
