How to cancel Enhancv — and get a refund

If you're here because a charge showed up and you want it stopped, the important thing to know first is that with Enhancv cancelling and refunding are two separate actions. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not, on its own, return money you have already been charged — Enhancv's own help centre says so explicitly.

How to cancel Enhancv
- Cancel the subscription from your Enhancv account to stop future billing.
- Cancelling alone does not request a refund — treat it as step one of two.
- If you believe you're eligible for a refund, contact Enhancv's Help Centre or email help@enhancv.com separately.
- Enhancv asks for account details to locate the payment: your account email, a resume created in the account, a receipt screenshot, or the payment reference from your bank statement.
After you cancel: Enhancv's help centre states that cancelling does not trigger a refund request — you have to ask for one separately.
Can you get a refund?
Monthly plans are not refundable once paid. Quarterly and semi-annual plans can be partially refunded pro-rata: Enhancv charges you the monthly rate for the time you used and returns the difference. Promo-discounted fees are not refundable.

What Enhancv gives you free
Enhancv's free version is described by Enhancv as "7 days free access" with all templates, Enhancv branding on the document, and a maximum of 12 section items. It is a time-limited trial rather than a permanently free tier.
