A worked example: one job description, one résumé
The résumé is the sample on our homepage — Ananya Rao, a fictional computer-science graduate with a six-month backend internship. The job description is an excerpt we wrote for a junior backend role.
Junior Backend Engineer (Python). You will build and maintain REST APIs in Python, write SQL against PostgreSQL, containerise services with Docker and ship through our CI/CD pipeline. We expect unit and integration tests for everything you merge, and you will take part in code review. Experience with AWS is a plus.
