- State the exact degree and specialisation and year of passing — Elite NTH eligibility is degree- and year-gated, and ambiguity gets you filtered before anyone reads further.
- Keep the summary to two sentences of actual content. Long flowery objectives read badly against a drive that is literally testing your writing.
- Name your coding language once, in the skills block, and back it with a project. Elite NTH's coding section is fundamentals-level, so claiming five languages helps nobody.
Wipro WILP
The Work Integrated Learning Programme is Wipro's route for science and computer-application graduates rather than engineers: you join Wipro and study for a higher degree alongside working. It has its own eligibility rules and its own resume shape, and applying to it with an engineering-style resume is a common mismatch.
- Lead with your B.Sc./BCA stream and marks explicitly. WILP eligibility is defined by exactly this, and the screen is checking it first.
- Do not try to look like a B.Tech applicant. Depth in your actual stream — statistics, electronics, computer applications — is the qualification here.
- Show that you want the study-while-working structure. One honest line about continuing education is on-message for this programme in a way it would not be for Elite NTH.
- Keep it to one page and skip the projects-heavy engineering layout; academics and aptitude carry more weight in this pipeline.
